At ShopWSS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for updates on your refund.
